The National Guild Of Removers & Storers Ltd are a truly national trade association. Their members range geographically from Aberdeen to Cornwall, from Northern Ireland in the West to East Anglia in the East. All Guild members are subject to constant service monitoring via customer quality questionnaires to ensure standards of service remain high. From these questionnaires monthly statistics are kept on each member’s performance.

The National Guild of Removers and Storers are recognised by:
a) The Department Of Trade and Industry as being pre-eminent in their field.
b) Which? Magazine who in their 1996 and 2003 surveys, the last 2 they carried out on trade associations, rated them equal top of all trade associations in terms of their consumer protection.
c) The Office Of Fair Trading with whom they have registered their terms and conditions and code of practice.
d) The National Register Of Approved Removers & Storers who independently inspect all of their members on an annual basis
e) The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme of which they were the founder member
All customers of The Guild members get an information pack and folder containing a full report on the facilities the member offers, plus the Moving Made Easy booklet and a helpful Moving Tips leaflet. The pack also includes a discount carpet and flooring scheme offer unique to the moving public that move with a Guild member.
The Removal Protection Bond is also available to customers of Guild members and is an insurance product that offers protection against a host of potentially expensive and stressful problems or difficulties that may occur on the actual move day itself.
